Letter of Invitation.

3rd PSPAN National Open Squash Tournament.

I wish to inform you that the above named tournament will take place from April 30th--May 3rd 2017, at Apapa Club and Telsim Balogun stadium in Lagos.

In view of this, I have been directed to invite states, clubs,military,police and paramilitary formation to participate in the above tournament, scheduled as follows:

ARRIVAL: ---------------------29th April,2017
GAME PROPER------------30th April-- 3rd May 2017
DEPARTURE-----------------4th May 2017

CONDITION FOR PARTICIPATION.

The tournament is opened to all Bona fide members of PSPAN that have paid their annual dues to date. #5,000 for senior players and #2,500 for junior players.

Please note that ONLY players who have paid their annual dues will be allowed to participate in the tournament, and also to participate in the election, by way of voting and be voted for.

Payment  should be made to PSPAN account on or before April 24th,2017.

Chart will be drawn on April 27th and displayed  on PSPAN chat forum.

A player that wishes to withdraw should do so latest by 12noon of April 28th Failure to do so, such player (s) will be penalised.

 Feeding, accommodation and transport is to be taken care of by the states and agencies sponsoring the players.

Please note that  the tournament will be used for PSPAN national ranking.

 All participating players will get their cash prizes same day they lost out in the tournament.
